Google Has Shown a Laptop on Chrome

On 7 December 2010 the company “Google” has shown its first branded notebook at the OS “Chrome”. It is “first of its kind test device” under the title “Cr-48″, as the company said.

The notebook runs in just 10 seconds (the main part of the system for 3 seconds, the program for 7 seconds), and almost instantly out of hibernation.

The quality of this laptop is built-in Wi-Fi and 3G. The device will be available only to participants of the pilot program “Chrome”  the cloud operating system, set up by the browser, “Chrome” and “Linux”-core, which works with Web applications, rather than proprietary software installed on your hard drive, which this laptop is, actually, no. Pilot program brings together elected members that are testing the system under development. The program is open to individual users, educational institutions and businesses of the United States.
