Holy Ramadan is a nine (9) month of Muslim Calendar. Ramdan is a time when All Muslims concentrate on their faith and spend less time on the concerns of their everyday lives, because this Holy month is a time of worship and contemplation.

So we should prepare for the blessed month of Ramadhan, nutritionists round the world are warning us against indulging in the traditional heavy, oily foods during the Holy Month of Ramadhan and are suggesting meal plans that can enhance the benefits of fasting for our body.

When any drug that has capabilities to be addictive, including caffeine found in coffee, tea and soft drinks or nicotine found in cigarettes, is abruptly stopped, the body begins to show withdrawal symptoms as it tries to get rid of the effects of the drug. Headaches are most common. Often people who have to give up their morning coffee during Ramadhan complain of being nervous, restless, irritable and unable to work in the first week of the Holy month.
Yasmine Haddad says that, Reduce your coffee / smoking intake gradually and be ready to fast at least 3 days before Ramadhan begins. Drinking plenty of water and exercising will help you deal with the withdrawal symptoms effectively.
